Our Personalized Instruction | Our founder Ksenia is also our yoga instructor. She offers private yoga sessions so it is easier for you to create a program that works for you. In her sessions she offers guidance on how to get into poses, explains what they are good for, and demonstrates them for you. The beauty of a private session is that her attention is all yours. Furthermore, she will never push you above your abilities and limitations, although if you are up for it she may challenge you once in a while. |
