Want to try yoga, but don't know where to start?
Try our Yoga Introduction class. In this 1 1/2 hour class you will learn about the philosophy of yoga, its benefits and then dive right into the practice. This is a great way to discover how you can benefit from yoga, learn the organizing principles of this ancient science, and experience it first hand. Our instructors will insure that you do the poses correctly, and will assist you throughout the entire practice. Taking this class will provide you with all the information you need, make your feel great and leave you with a smile on your face.
